Our vendor retains data for as long as required based on applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and may store it for longer periods as necessary to comply with regulatory, tax, accounting, or legal requirements.

• Regulatory Exception: As a registered investment adviser, federal and state financial laws mandate that we retain certain books, logs, and records. App data deletion requests will be honored to the maximum extent permitted by these regulatory record-keeping requirements.
